Erika Lahtela 🇸🇪

Erika is a cheerleading coach, educator, and judge based in Stockholm, Sweden. She currently serves as Sports Director for one of Sweden’s largest cheerleading clubs.
Erika has coached athletes at every level of the sport, from beginner teams to elite level. She is also an instructor for the Swedish Cheerleading Federation, delivering coach education and certification courses across Sweden.
Previously, Erika served as Chair of the Education Committee for the Swedish Cheerleading Federation, helping shape coach education and development nationwide.
In addition to her coaching and educational work, Erika is an active cheerleading judge, officiating at national and international competitions throughout Europe, including the 2025 and 2026 European Cheerleading Championships.
Erika is passionate about developing coaches, building strong organizations, and creating environments where athletes and coaches can thrive.

Joey Gamper Cuthbert is a best-selling author, speaker, and leading voice in athlete welfare, and culture change. A former dancer, cheer athlete, head coach, and programme owner, Joey has worked across the sport at all levels. As Team Manager for Team England Adaptive Abilities, she was involved in supporting the creation of the world’s first “proof of concept” AA team; which showcased at the ICU World Championships in 2016, returning the following year when the division opened competitively. She is also the Chair of SportCheer England - England’s national governing body for cheerleading and the author of “Squad Safe: A Practical Guide to Athlete Welfare and Culture Change in Cheerleading” ; championing safer, empowering environments for young athletes.

Marion Schweizer began her cheerleading career in 2000 with the FCSG Cheerleader (now Unity Cheer St. Gallen) and became one of Switzerland's most successful athletes in this sport. After winning multiple national titles and competing internationally, she transitioned into coaching, leading teams to continued success. She also worked as a coach at cheerleading camps across Europe for several years, sharing her expertise with athletes and coaches from different countries. As President of Unity Cheer St. Gallen and Head Coach of the Swiss National Team, she has played a key role in developing cheerleading in Switzerland, leading the national team to a historic silver medal at the 2025 ICU World Championships in Orlando.

Lisa Brockmann 🇩🇪

Lisa has now been part of the cheerleading world for 26 years. She started her journey as an active cheerleader and spent the first 12 years competing.
From 2012 to 2020, she worked as Event Director at Varsity Europe, where she developed and organized events and played a key role in establishing several new major championships across Europe.
From 2016 to 2025, she was the Head of Management for Team Germany, working closely with athletes, coaches, and staff and overseeing the team internationally.
Since 2022, she has been running her own company specializing in team shirts and apparel for teams and athletes.
In 2025, she took the next big step and took over a small cheerleading gym. Since then, the gym has grown into a community of around 100 athletes. In a very short time, the team has already achieved major successes, including winning a national championship and qualifying for the World Cup.
Her journey has taken her from being an athlete to working in event management and national team leadership, and eventually to running her own business and cheerleading gym. Being involved in so many different areas of the sport has given her a unique perspective on the cheerleading world and allowed her to experience and actively shape its development from many different angles.
Chloe Gorgeon 🇫🇷

I started cheerleading in 2009 at a club called Dogs which is now known as Galaxy Cheer. I was both an athlete and a coach there, coaching a Junior Coed Level 2 team.
In 2015, I joined Paris Cheer, which had been founded the year before. I joined the Top Team, which was the first Paris Cheer team to ever compete at The Cheerleading Worlds. In 2016, I became a coach at Paris Cheer, while also coaching at university.
I was assistant coach of Legacy, Paris Cheer’s Large Coed Level 5 Worlds team, which finished 2nd at The Cheerleading Worlds in 2021 (first French globe). With Legacy, we also won ECC twice in 2019 and 2022. In 2018, I founded and started coaching Dukes, our International Open Large Coed Level 4 Summit team. Dukes won bronze medals at The Summit in 2024 and 2025, and won The Summit in 2026 (first French team to ever win at Summit). With Dukes, I have also won ECC twice in 2025 and 2026. I am now also coaching Dynasty, our brand new IOLC5 Worlds team.
I have also been involved in the administration of Paris Cheer. I joined the Board of Directors in 2019 and took over the club in 2023, becoming its President. I manage the club alongside my corporate career in digital marketing, working with luxury and beauty brands.
Trisha Hart 🇺🇸

Trisha Hart is an internationally recognized choreographer, consultant, and educator with more than two decades of experience shaping the cheerleading and dance industry. A former four-year varsity cheerleader at The Ohio State University, she has built a career that spans the United States and international markets, providing elite choreography, coach education, and athlete development to schools, universities, all-star programs, and national organizations.
Known for her innovative approach to performance design and competitive excellence, Hart has traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally, teaching choreography, leadership, and performance techniques while mentoring coaches and athletes at every level. Her work combines technical precision with creative artistry, producing award-winning routines that elevate both athletic performance and entertainment value. Owning a dance studio and several cheerleading training facilities allows her insight to global organizations.
In addition to her international choreography career, Hart is a respected speaker, consultant, event producer, and media personality. She has contributed to the advancement of the cheer and dance industry through coach education, judging, competition leadership, and national conference presentations. Her passion for developing people and programs has established her as one of the industry’s trusted voices, influencing the next generation of coaches, choreographers, and athletes around the world.

Bénédicte Moutamalle

Bénédicte Moutamalle has been involved in cheerleading judging since 2019 and became a
Federal Judge within the FFFA in 2022. ICU certified, she has also been a judge educator
since 2024 and, since 2025, has served as Head of Judging within the federation. She is also
an elected member of the FFFA, actively contributing to the development and implementation
of federation projects for cheerleading.
Her role focuses on several key objectives: ensuring consistency and continuity across the
federation’s cheerleading projects, bringing together and building a strong judging team for
the National Championship, and supporting the training and development of judges and the
discipline in France.
Her goal is to help build a consistent, structured, and evolving judging system that supports
the continued development of cheerleading in France.
Marion Crochet

Since 2016, Marion Crochet has been working with the FFFA (French Federation of
American Football) as Head of Cheerleading Development in France. Her role focuses on
supporting clubs across the country and contributing to the overall structure, growth, and
development of the sport.
Her responsibilities cover various areas of cheerleading development, including growing
participation and club membership, supporting and structuring clubs, organizing the French
National Championships, managing and developing high-level cheerleading, as well as
implementing projects aimed at the long-term development of the discipline in France.
Her goal is to help grow cheerleading in France while building a structured, ambitious, and
performance-driven environment for athletes, coaches, and clubs.
